He’s on 24/7 and plays the best of the best of island and Hawaiian music. To say he’s a pioneer is an understatement. He’s a legend in his field and he takes to the airwaves live everyday from 9:00am to 11:00am PST Monday through Friday from his mainland studio.

We were privileged to be able to spend sometime with Joe, who is more than a DJ, he’s a personality, a producer, a songwriter, and a procurer of a large music collection. We talked about how he got started in the business, why he got into Hawaiian music, what he thinks of his fans, and his newest project Pacific Jaz radio playing Jazz from the islands and beyond 24/7.
